Tue, 11/15/2011 - 17:12 -- intermarque_news

A very dramatic end to the season, with Wayne Rothwell snatching the overall title in the last few laps of the final race.. This is the first time that a sportscar driver has achieved this. Congratulations to Wayne and everyone at Tiger sportscars.

Keith White became the silhouette overall winner after an engine failure cruelly robbed Daniel Smith with just two laps to go. Both HR and SR classes were closely fought this year.

The Quaife intermarque league really came of age this year, and the prospects are high for 2012.
