Please find attached the full regulations for 2012, please note that there has been a minor change to the weight limits for class A silhouette cars. Your registration card will be sent to you shortly after registering. Please ensure that you have your registration card with you at all race meetings, you will be asked for this at signing on as well as your club membership.
When completing your entry forms please ensure that you complete them fully and clearly. Any incomplete forms will be returned. Entries will only be considered complete and acceptable when all the information has been completed and the correct fee has cleared into the BARC SEC bank account. Please note that an entry form is required for all methods of payments. The closing date for entries remains as for 2011 and is the Wednesday 17 days before the event.
There is also a facility for you to pay your entries by BACS transfer and we are encouraging this method of payment for 2012 Please contact Howard Smith on 0208 508 1567 or william.smith110@ntlworld.com for further details.
Whilst Howard will be receiving the entries, the entry lists will be compiled by Pauline Phillips. You can contact her on 01464 872891 or paulineaphillips@hotmail.co.uk. Drivers will be able to enter online via the BARC website. Please note that the forms aren't online just yet but will be available as soon as possible. I also need to make you aware that this system is run by BARC HQ and as such we only receive a notification of payment, you will still need to complete an entry form and send it to Howard.
Also for the 2011 season BARC HQ will be charging a £50 late entry fee, this will automatically be added to the entry fee once the closing date has passed.
I have also attached the commentators information sheet. You can complete this and send it with your entry form or you can bring it along to signing on and hand it to either myself, Howard Smith or Pauline Phillips and we will pass them to the commentator. I would encourage you to complete these forms so that the commentator has lots of information to talk about, this is important at all of our meetings, but even more so at the televised meetings. The commentators are also more than willing to talk to you and you are welcome to visit them in the commentary box to have a chat with them.
